One platform. One feature set. Three billing frequencies.

Every feature from day one. No upgrade ladder.

TrueSpan pricing is built around access to the complete contractor platform. Choose how often you pay—not which estimates, contracts, financial tools, field workflows, reports, or client features you are allowed to use.

No feature tiers

No basic, pro, premium, or enterprise module unlocks.

No hidden capability change

The feature set stays the same across all billing frequencies.

New features stay included

TrueSpan improvements enter the same platform instead of a separate upgrade package.

Everything below is included

No “upgrade to use this feature” message.

The contractor can simplify the workspace with feature controls and permissions, but the platform does not hold core functionality behind a more expensive feature tier.

Lead and customer management
Unified estimate builder with phases and packages
Client options, payment schedules, tax settings, email, preview, and print
Contract templates, serious contract builder, electronic signatures, and signature gates
Invoices, configurable fees, payment preferences, payments, and manual receipts
Projects, schedules, notes, photos, documents, punch lists, subcontractors, and tools/assets
Time tracking, attendance, employee requests, payroll-ready summaries, and office corrections
Expenses, receipts, bills, job costing, profitability, tax organization, and CPA-ready records
TrueSpan Mobile field companion
Dedicated client portal with estimates, contracts, invoices, documents, messages, punch, warranty, and maintenance
Role-based permissions, feature controls, company isolation, numbering, activity, and PDF output
Every future TrueSpan platform feature released into the same core feature set

Pricing model comparison

TrueSpan competes on connected workflow and predictable access.

Low price alone is not the strategy. The value is that the contractor does not have to buy one system for field reporting, another for estimating, another for clients, and another upgrade for contracts or financial workflow.

Straightforward enough to understand before a sales call.

TrueSpan publishes its base billing structure and the additional-user rate. Request information is for fit, onboarding, and final agreement details—not to discover which feature tier you are allowed to see.

Do I have to upgrade to unlock contracts, job costing, the mobile app, or the client portal?

No. TrueSpan has one platform feature set. Company settings and role permissions determine who can use a feature; the billing option does not determine whether the feature exists.

What changes between monthly, quarterly, and yearly billing?

Only the billing frequency and base-price value. The platform feature set remains the same.

How many team users are included?

The base configuration includes three team users. Additional active team users are billed at $10 per month each under the current TrueSpan billing model.

Are clients charged as team users?

The client portal is part of the platform and is not presented as an internal team-user upgrade.

Can a contractor turn off features the company does not need?

Yes. Included features can be disabled at the company level and restricted by role so the workspace stays focused.

Does TrueSpan replace legal, accounting, payroll, or tax professionals?

No. TrueSpan organizes workflows and records. Contractors remain responsible for professional review, legal compliance, accounting decisions, payroll processing, taxes, and processor requirements.
